Refund Policy

Our products are unique pieces which are handcrafted individually, and not mass produced. They are made to order specifications, including material, size, colour, hardware finish, etc. Due to significant amount of customisation during the design process, we are unable to issue full refunds on any customised products.

You can return non-custom items in the original packing that have not been used or worn and in the same condition you received it within 5 days of receiving your product.

All shipping cost related to returns or exchanges of items are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We advise you to consider tracked shipping, we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

For all returns/exchanges/repair, you must complete this form prior to mailing back your item. We will be in touch within 48 hours once your form has been submitted. 

If you have received the incorrect order or faulty goods, please get in touch with us within 5 days of receiving your package.
All faulty goods will be replaced by us.

We do not offer returns or exchanges on customised items.
Any items made to custom sizing, hardware or text are considered custom and not eligible for return/exchange.
